- リアルタイムDiarization（文字起こし）なAzure AI SpeechがPreviewです。ライブだけじゃなく事前録音された音声などでもOK。
- Creating a branded AI voice that conveys emotions and speaks multiple languages: a step-by-step guide
- Azure AI Speechの機能であるText-to-Speechで新しいマルチスタイルと多言語カスタムニューラル音声（CVN）がGAです。日本語もOK。トレーニングデータの追加なしで感情や抑揚などを転送して音声を作れたり、1言語で作ったカスタムモデルを他の言語に適用したりできます。

- Azure OpenAI ServiceとAzure AI SpeechにOpenAIのWhisperが来るようです。
- Azure OpenAI ServiceでDALL·EがPreviewになったようです（申請無しで使えそう）
- Azure OpenAI Serviceが東日本にもきたようです。
Azure Cognitive Search

- Cognitive SearchのVector SearchがPublic Previewです。
Azure Machine Learning
- Microsoft and Meta expand their AI partnership with Llama 2 on Azure and Windows
- Azure AI StudioのモデルカタログなどにMeta社のLLMであるLlama 2がきました。7B, 13B, 70Bパラメーターのモデルが使えます。
- Windows上でのローカル動作するように最適化されてるらしく、開発者はONNXランタイム経由のDirectML実行プロバイダーでLlama 2を使えるようです。（さらに申請するとファインチューニングもできそう）

- 無料で商用可、ChatGPT（3.5）に匹敵する生成AI「Llama 2」 Metaが発表、Microsoftと優先連携

Azure Arc
- New Extended Security Updates (ESUs) enabled by Azure Arc
- 新しい拡張セキュリティアップデート（Extended Security Updates：ESU）がAzure Arcで有効になります。
- オンプレやマルチクラウドでAzure Arc経由でESUを購入するとAzure Portalから直接セキュリティパッチなどを一元管理してデプロイできるっぽい。

- Taniumのリアルタイム運用データをAzure Migrateで評価したり移行準備をしたりなどなど。

- Azure Migrate and Modernize & Azure Innovate – offeringsも発表されました。
Power Automate

- Power Automate Process Miningが8月1日にGA予定。
Microsoft Fabric
- Sensitivity label support in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI enables end-to-end information protection
- Microsoft FabricとPower BIでセンシティブラベルサポートがきました。これでEnd-to-endのInformation Protection（情報保護）が可能に。
Microsoft 365
- Furthering our AI ambitions – Announcing Bing Chat Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot pricing
- Bing Chat Enterpriseがでました。今日から利用可能です。（設定でオプトインは必要かも）
- Microsoft 365プランのユーザーは追加コスト無しで利用可能。Bing Chatのフル機能に加えて組織アカウントでデータ保護などがされます。
- 有効化するとチャット内容など保護されてる旨が表示されます。
- Microsoft 365 Copilotはアナウンスだけですが、追加コスト30ドル/userでMicrosoft 365アプリと連携して支援を受けられるCopilot機能です。スライドの自動作成や要約などCopilotとチャットすることで様々なタスクをこなせます。
Bing
