Virtual Machine / Virtual Machine Scale Sets

• Generally Available: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.3 now supported on Azure Virtual Machines
• ConfidentialのほうでもありましたがRed Hat Enterprise Linux 9.3なAzure VMがGAです。
• Public Preview of Attach and Detach of Virtual Machines on Virtual Machine Scale Sets
• 既存のVMをダウンタイムなしでVMSSにアタッチできたりデタッチできる機能がPreview。

Azure SQL

• Introducing Azure Database Fleet Manager
• Azure Database Fleet ManagerがPrivate Preview。複数のDBを艦隊のようにまとめて管理できるっぽい。
• Premium-series and Memory Optimized Premium-series Reserved Capacity available for Azure SQL MI and SQL DB Hyperscale
• Ledger in Azure SQL Managed Instance now generally available
• Improved price/performance and flexibility in the Business Critical service tier in Azure SQL Manage

Virtual Network

• Public preview: Private subnet
• VNETからの既定のアウトバウンド接続がなくなる件と関連しますが、実施される2025年までは既定で接続できる状態のままです（既定で安全なモデルにはならない）。
• ということで既定のアウトバウンド接続をオフにするオプションがサブネットに提供されるようになりました（Preview）。

Azure AI services

• Document Intelligence preview adds query fields, new prebuilt models and other improvements
• Azure AI Document IntelligenceがPreview。
• Form RecognizerがAzure AI Document Intelligenceになったようす。Form RecognizerのGA機能そのまま＋Preview機能が増えた感じですかね。
• ドキュメントのレイアウト処理、Markdown出力（RAGの前段で処理させてLLMに食わせやすくできますね）、キーと値のペア、クエリフィールド、事前構築済みモデルに追加いろいろなどなど。
