- Igniteで発表があったユーザー独自のAI音声を簡単に作れるPersonal Voice（Preview）が機能アップ。新しいゼロショットText to Speechモデルが追加。合成音声の自然さが向上してるらしい。元の音声プロンプトにだいぶ似てる。

- Dedicated clusters in Azure Monitor logs now support any commitment tier
- Azure Monitorの占有クラスターで任意のコミットメントレベルがサポート（GA）。
