• Assistants APIがPreview。カスタム手順やコードインタラプター、Function Callingなど使ったAIアシスタントを簡単に作れるようになる感じ。通常Chat Complation APIとかステートレスですがAssistants APIはステートフルで永続的に自動的に管理されるスレッドをサポートしてるらしく、そのあたり自前で用意する必要がなさそう。

• GPT 3.5 turbo 1106がファインチューニングをサポート。入力最大トークンが16kある。

• 新しい埋め込みモデル
• 本家OpenAIでも発表のあったtext-embedding-3-smallとtext-embedding-3-largeは2月下旬予定。価格もsmallのほうはtext-embedding-ada-002の1/5らしい。largeのほうは最大3072次元だし性能向上どれぐらいになるか楽しみですね。あともともと1536次元だったのを512（Largeだと256/1024）次元に減らすこともサポート。パフォーマンスなどとトレードオフで選択できます。
