App Service
App Service on Linuxが東日本でも使えるようになりました！

- Azure Web App PHP updates
- PHPランタイムスタックで5.6系、7.0系、7.1系がそれぞれ5.6.31、7.0.21、7.1.7になるようです（今月中旬に展開予定）

Virtual Machines
- Linux and Windows networking performance enhancements | Accelerated Networking
- Windowsと最新のLinuxディストリビューションと全VMサイズでネットワークのパフォーマンス最適化されるようです。最大25Gbpsですね。
- VMの種類毎の想定最大値はこちらを参照: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/linux/sizes
- Standard M128sで25Gbpsのネットワーク帯域、最大NICが32ということです。
- またWindows用のAccelerated NetworkがGAです。（LinuxはPreview）
Virtual Machine Scale Sets （VMSS）
- New networking features in Azure scale sets
- 新しいネットワーク機能がGAしました。
- よりスケールしやすいような構成にしたりオートスケールしたりとか。

- VM単位にPublic IPv4アドレス割り当てたりDNS構成したりNICあたりに複数IPアドレスの割り当てやVMに複数NIC割り当てとかスケールセット単位でNSG割り当てたりIPv6ロードバランサーがサポートされたりAccelerated Networkingサポートなど。
SQL Data Warehouse
- Azure SQL Data Warehouse previews 3x compute scale with unlimited columnar storage
- コンピューティングのスケールが3倍になりました。今月後半ぐらいから9000DWUと18000DWUが使えるようになるようです。
HDInsight
- Apache Kafuka on HDInsightのManaged Disks版がPreviewです。
Azure CDN
- Accelerate websites with Azure CDN using Dynamic Site Acceleration
- Dynamic Site Accelerationの紹介。ルート/ネットワークの最適化、TCP最適化、リソースプリフェッチ（Akamaiのみ）、低速かどうかみて自動的にJpeg圧縮するとかのアダプティブ圧縮（Akamaiのみ）などなど。

Azure Stack
- Microsoft Azure Stack is ready to order now
- やっとこさオーダー開始となりました。（Mitsuiの文字が光りますね）
- それに伴い開発用キットもリリースです。（TP3までのインストール用スクリプトみたいなやつかな）
- Azure Stack Development Kit
- こういうツールもあります Scripts and tools that help customers use Azure and Azure Stack
- パートナーに名乗り上げてるところもちらほら
Azure Marketplace
- Azure Managed Applications
- MarketplaceにAzure Managed Applicationsというのがきました（Public Preview）
- ISVなどのベンダーが提供するSaaSみたいなソリューションをAzureユーザーにMarketplaceで提供できます。（サポートみたいなのも提供できるぽい）
- 利用者は自分のサブスクリプションに展開するわけですがメンテとかは不要になる感じですかね。
- 提供方法もMarketplaceからとサービスカタログからの2種類できます。サービスカタログのほうはIT管理者が企業内に許可したManaged Applicationだけを提供したい場合などに使う感じですね。
Cloud App Security
- AzureというかMicrosoft Cloud App Securityでランサムウェア対策のポリシーやRBACのサポート、Azure ADとの連携強化、Microsoft Teamsのアクティビティサポートなど。
StorSimple
- General availability: StorSimple 8000 series in the Azure portal
- StorSimple 8000シリーズの管理がAzureポータル上でできるようになるようです（9月30日までに順次移行予定）。あとUpdate 3適用しときましょう。

Regions
- Service Bus（Azure Relay）のHybrid Connections機能がChina、Germanyともつながるようになりました。
- New government datacenter regions available in Arizona and Texas
- Government向けのアリゾナとテキサスの2つが使えるようになったようです。ということは36+予定4になるのかな（リージョンの数）
