App Service / Functions
- Announcing pricing decrease for Azure App Service on the Premium plan
- App Service on LinuxでPremiumプランが平均35%値下げ。場合によるけどS2ならP1v2のほうがパフォーマンスでるしいいんじゃない的な。LinuxなApp Service使ってる人は再考の余地ありですね。
- Announcing the general availability of Python support in Azure Functions
- Functions v2ランタイム上のPython (3.6)サポートがGAしました。Linuxプラットフォーム向けです。コードまたはDockerコンテナーを動かせます。

- Functions for LinuxのConsumptionプランがGAです。

Azure Kubernetes Service
- Egress lockdown in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is now generally available
- AKS用のEgress lockdownがGAです。クラスターノードからの出力トラフィックをロックダウンできます。
SQL Database
- Update to Azure SQL Database serverless increases compute scale limits by 4x
- SQL Database Serverlessの制限が4倍まで緩和されました。具体的にはvCoreが16 vCoreまで。
- SQL data discovery and classification for Azure SQL Database is now available
- SQL Databaseの機密データの検出や分類、ラベル付け機能がGAです。
- Azure SQL provides a unified management experience
- Unified Azure SQL experience
- Azure SQL という名でAzureポータル上ですべてのSQL Server関連サービス（SQL Database、Elastic Pool、Managed Instance、SQL Server VM）にアクセスできるようになりました。（Azure SQLそのものはリソースの名前とかサービスの名前とかではない）
- まとめてアクセスできますね。
- Global trace flags are now available in Azure SQL Database Managed Instance
- Managed Instanceでグローバルトレースフラグが利用可能に。
Azure Database for MariaDB
- Same region read replica is now available for Azure Database for MariaDB
- Database for MariaDBで同リージョンでのリードレプリカがGAです。
Azure Storage
- Announcing the general availability of Azure Ultra Disk Storage
- Azure Ultra Disk Storage: Microsoft’s service for your most I/O demanding workloads
- Microsoft Azure Ultra Disks now generally available
- 1ms未満のレイテンシな Ultra Disk StorageがGAです。Ultra Disk StorageとPremium StorageでVMからどのようにつながってるかの図がわかりやすくていいですね。
- 今のところEast US2、North Europe、Southeast AsiaでDSv3/ESv3のVMで利用可能。
- Azure Archive Storage expanded capabilities: faster, simpler, better
- Azure Archive Expanded Capabilities now in Public Preview
- Archive Storageが最大50%オフ。さらにより使いやすくなりました。(Announcing new lower pricing for Azure Archive Storage)
- Archiveからデータを読み取る際、Hot/Coolに変更する際に優先度を指定することで1時間以内に再ハイドレーションできるようになりました（ただし追加料金必要）
- x-ms-access-tierパラメーターを使うとPutBlobやPutBlockListで直接指定アクセス層（Hot/Cool/Archive）にアップロードできるようになりました。同様にCopyBlobも拡張されてます。
- New Copy APIs for efficient data copy in Azure Blob Storage
- 上記の変更点に加え同期データ転送や任意のBlobタイプサポート、サーバーサイド転送（これは前からあったはず）などなど。
Service Fabric
- Service Fabric Azure Resource Manager (ARM) application and service deployment is now generally available
- ARMでService Fabricのクラスターの展開等と一緒にアプリも展開できるようになりました。（GA）
- Azure Service Fabric 6.5 Second Refresh Release is Now Available
- 6.5の2nd ReleaseがGA。
Azure Firewall
- Azure Security Center single click remediation and Azure Firewall JIT support
- Just-in-time (JIT) VM access for Azure Firewall is now generally available
- Security CenterのUpdateな気もしますがAzure Firewall用のJust-in-time VMアクセスがGAです。
