• Azure SQL Data Warehouse is now Azure Synapse Analytics
• Data Warehouseはより進化したAzure Synapse Analyticsへ。

HDInsight

• Azure HDInsight—Autoscale is now generally available
• HDInsightのAutoscaleがGAです。

Azure Data Explorer

• Just shipped: Geospatial functions support in Azure Data Explorer
• GeohashサポートやKQLで特定領域内に含まれるかどうか判断しやすい関数が追加などかな。

Azure Bot Service / Bot Framework

• Delivering increased productivity for bot development and deployment
• SDKなどが更新。Teams用のBot Framework SDK、Bot Framework SDK Skills（Preview）、Adaptive Dialog（Preview）、Language Generate（Preview）、Python/Javaサポートの更新など。
• Bot ServiceではDirect Line Speech、LivePersonとの統合やWebChatアダプター、GoogleハングアウトやTwitterといった新しいチャネルとアダプターが増えたらしい。
• Direct Line App Service Extension（Preview）で専用のApp ServiceでDirect Lineを実行できるようになりました。VNET参加などApp Serviceの機能が利用できるようになった感じかな。
• QnA Maker、Language UnderstandingといったCognitive Servicesとの統合など。

Azure Sphere

• Update 19.10 for Azure Sphere now available
• 19.10がGAです。

Azure Active Directory

• Azure Active Directory B2C now supports monthly active users billing
• Azure AD B2Cで月間アクティブユーザー（MAU）請求ということで登録ユーザーではなく実際に認証したユーザー数に応じた課金に11月1日からなるようです。既存顧客はMAUに切り替えるまで認証毎の課金のままみたい。
• 最初の5万アクティブユーザーまでは毎月無料らしい。
