• Azure Scheme RegistryがPreview。メッセージのシリアライズ・デシリアライズする際にスキーマを利用できるようにするための機能な感じです。スキーマ情報を外部に出すことでメッセージそのものからスキーマ情報を削減できたりしますね。Apache Avroとかがメインな感じ？
• Event Hubs名前空間内にScheme Group作ったりScheme Registryを作る感じのようです。
• 有名どころだとApache Kafkaのレジストラが使われてるっぽい？もうちょっと仕様をオープンにするためにCNCFに提出（CloudEvents）したりしてるみたいですね。
