• GPT-transcribeはOpenAIの最高精度なASRで音声ファイル（録音）などを正確なテキストの文字起こしが必要な時に使える感じ。GPT-live-transcribeは名前の通りリアルタイムで低遅延、ストリーミング文字起こし目的。
• 両方とも新しい点としては背景音が騒がしい場所とかでの品質や信頼性、短い発話とか英数字の認識、ドメイン用語の理解、話者の言語切り替え時とかコンテキストの認識、アクセント（方言的な）、ささわき声などわりと現実のシチュエーションでの品質をあげられそうな対応がされてます。
• GPT-realtimeなどは出力トークンあたりの料金ですが、GPT-transcribeの2つは時間あたりの料金です。
