Public preview: String and binary columns in clustered columnstore indexes
- クラスタ化列ストアインデックスでStringとバイナリーがサポートされました。（Public Preview）
New T-SQL string functions in Azure SQL Database
- T-SQLの文字列操作関数が増えました。STRING_AGG()やTRIM()、TRANSLATE()、CONCAT_WS()など。
Azure SQL Database is increasing read and write performance
- 読み取り・書き込みの性能が向上したようです。メールによるとPremiumだと全体的に読み取り・ログ書き込みが100%増加、Basic/Standardもログ書き込みリソースが100%増加したらしいです。

OS patching for VMs running Service fabric
- 今のService FabricのOS（VMSS）には自動OSパッチ適用などはサポートされてないので、適用するためのスクリプトなどを使いましょう。Q1ぐらいにはパッチオーケストレーションサービスが、Q2ぐらいにはイメージベースの自動パッチ適用機能が提供されるっぽいです。

- Spark 2.0サポートやIntelliJでローカル実行サポートなど

Microsoft Azure Achieves HITRUST CSF Certification
オーストラリアのリージョン2つがだれでも使えるようになりました。（前は制限されてました）
Gシリーズが東日本でも利用可能になりました。
韓国のリージョンは今（Private）Preview中みたい。
Cognitive Services/Application Insightsなどでメーター名の変更などがありました。
