- Azure SQL Database: Upgraded infrastructure for monitoring and alerts
- 1月22日～28日の間で監視・アラートの安定性向上や次世代アラートを有効化したりするためのインフラのアップグレードが行われます。古いMetricsデータが必要な場合はコピー作成しておく必要があるようです。基本的には何もする必要がありませんが2018年12月21日以前のMetricsデータをREST APIなどでクエリできなくなるみたい（なので必要であればコピーしとけという感じ）
Azure Database for PostgreSQL
- Public preview: Read replicas in Azure Database for PostgreSQL
- Read ReplicasがPublic Previewです。
Cognitive Services
- Azure Cognitive Services adds important certifications, greater availability, and new unified key
- HIPPA BAAやPCI DSS Level1などの認定を取得。
- Content Moderator、Computer Vision、Face、Text Analytics、QnA MakerといったCognitive ServicesのAPIが20顧客データの保存場所などについてより多くの保証が提供されるように2019年からなりました。
- より多くのリージョンで利用可能になりました。（Custom VisionなどもQ1で来る予定ですね）
- API間で共通の（統一された）APIキーが利用できるようになったりしてます。（単一キーなので扱いがシンプルに）
