Azure Functions
- Azure Functions integration with Azure Monitor Logs is now in public preview
- App ServiceとAzure Monitorの統合がありましたけどFunctionsでも。（Preview）
- New version of Durable Functions available now
- Durable Functions v2がGAです。
- Python 3.7 support and remote build are now generally available
- Python 3.7サポートがGAです。
Virtual Machines
- New Azure investments deliver unprecedented performance for all your business-critical applications
- Azure infrastructure as a service (IaaS) for every workload
- VM関連のIgnite Updateまとめ。前回Postに書いた分は除いてそれ以外を。
- Smallな容量のPremium SSD/Standard SSDですが4GB/8GB/16GBがPreview。
- Premium SSDで最大30倍のパフォーマンスを出せるバースト機能がPreview。
- Intel Optane DC Persistent memory, Azure NetApp Files, and Azure Ultra Disk for SAP HANA
- Intel Optane DC永続メモリとかNetApp FilesとかAzure Ultra Disks for SAP HANAとかSAP関連。
- Sシリーズで永続メモリが使えるぽいですね。S224ooとか。
Azure Storage
- New Azure investments deliver unprecedented performance for all your business-critical applications
- Data Lake Storage Gen 2でマルチプロトコルアクセスがBlobでPreview利用可能に。
- ペアリージョン以外に顧客で制御できるBlobの複製サービスがPreview。任意のリージョン選べる様子。
SQL Database
- Transparent data encryption with customer-managed keys for Azure SQL Database managed instance is now generally available
- Managed Instanceで顧客管理キーを使った透過的データ暗号化がGAしました。
- Azure SQL Database—Billing for managed instance backup storage is now in effect
- 11月1日からManaged InstanceのBackupストレージの課金が始まりました。
Azure Database
- Azure Database for MariaDB support for intelligent performance is now available
- Azure Database for MySQL support for intelligent performance is now available
- Azure Database for MySQL/MariaDBでクエリーストアやクエリパフォーマンスのInsight、パフォーマンスの推奨事項などの機能がGAです。
Virtual Network
- Enabling and securing ubiquitous compute from intelligent cloud to intelligent edge
- IgniteでのVNETアップデート関連。
- Multi-access Edge Computing （MEC）がPreview。顧客の敷地内でのコンピューティングの提供みたいな感じ。プライベートLTEや5Gとかも視野に入れてEdgeなコンピューティングとしてAzure Stack Edge（旧Data Box Edge）を使ったり。
- Native Azure Active Directory authentication support in point-to-site VPN
- Azure VPN Client（Windows用）を使ってOpenVPNプロトコルで接続時にAzure AD認証がサポート。Azure AD認証でP2S VPNするときに条件付きアクセスやMFAなどが利用可能に。
- Azure Private Link is now available in all regions
- SQL DB/SQL Data Warehouse/Storage/Data Lake Storage Gen2のPrivate Linkが全リージョンで利用可能に。
- Cosmos DBのPrivate LinkはPreviewで一部地域のみ。
- ※Data Warehouseのところ、Synapse Analyticsになってるからまぁそういうことですよね
- Announcing enhancements to Azure Virtual WAN
- Hub to HubとEnd to End接続がPreview。ExpressWANとPoint to SiteがGAです。

Azure CDN
- Enabling and securing ubiquitous compute from intelligent cloud to intelligent edge
- Azure CDNでRule Engineがでました。デバイス検出やHttpのヘッダーなどを基にアクション実行したりとか。
Azure Firewall
- Azure Firewall Manager is now in preview
- Azure Firewall ManagerがPreview。ルート管理やセキュリティ管理用のサービスかな。Azure Virtual WAN Hubsと連携、ハブスポークを簡単に作成したりセキュリティやルーティングをポリシーなどでHub（Secure Virtual Hub）管理したりできます。
Azure Stream Analytics
- Azure Stream Analytics—Extensibility with C# custom code UDFs
- Azure IoT Edge上のStream AnalyticsでC#のカスタムコードなUDFが使えるようになりました。
HDInsight
- Azure HDInsight—Restrict outbound network traffic clusters by using Firewall
- Azure Firewallと組み合わせてHDInsightクラスターからの送信トラフィックを制限する機能がGAです。
- Azure HDInsight now enables you to customize Azure SQL Database for Ambari
- HDInsightクラスター作成中にApache Ambari用にSQL Databaseをカスタマイズ/アップグレードできるようになりました。
Azure Machine Learning
- Azure Machine Learning—ML for all skill levels
- Ignite関連の詳細。新しいML Studio（Preview）、Designre（Preview）、Automated ML UI（Preview）、Notebooks（Preview）、新しいデータのラベル付け（Preview）などなど。
- Azure Machine Learning ServiceでRジョブをサポートしたりRモデルをWebサービスとしてデプロイや管理できます。RStudio ServerやJupyter with Rにワンクリックでアクセスできたり。
- Azure Open DatasetsがGAしました。
- ワークスペースのキャパシティ管理（Preview）でサブスクリプション内のワークスペースやクラスター全体の計算使用量を確認したり容量制限の設定、RBACなどが行えます。
- MLモデルにInterpretability（解釈可能性）が追加。Fairlearnサポート。
Azure Active Directory
- Replace passwords with a biometric security key
- Azure ADでのFIDO2対応は今Preview中ですけどハイブリッド環境でのサポートは2020年初頭にPreviewになりそう。
Azure Site Recovery
- Azure Site Recovery now cleans up deallocated (failed back) VMs and NICs
- 割り当て解除（フェールバック）されたVMやNICをクリーンアップできるようになりました。
Azure DevOps
- Improved Continuous Delivery capabilities and caching for Azure Pipelines
- マルチステージYAMLサポート。他はリソースのようにPipelineを扱えたりコンテナーリソースとしてAzure Container Registryを扱えたり。AKSでカナリアデプロイしやすくなった（デプロイ戦略の向上）とか。あとPipeline ArtifactsとPipline CachingがGAです。
Azure Stack
- Expanding the Azure Stack portfolio to run hybrid applications across the cloud, datacenters, and the edge
- Ignite関連のまとめ。
- Azure Stack PortfolioということでAzure Stack Edge（旧Data Box Edge）、Azure Stack HCI、Azure Stack Hub（これまでのAzure Stack）に再編成かな？
