Azure Functions

• Azure Functions 3.0 go-live release is now available
• Azure Functions v3 で .NET Core 3.1 が利用可能になった
• Pre-releaseです。でもGo-Live。
• もちろんApp Serviceも.NET Core 3.1きてます。（早かったですね）
• Azure App Service の .NET Core 3.1 対応と Azure Functions v3 が Go Live リリース

Virtual Machines

• Introducing maintenance control for platform updates
• VMのメンテナンスコントロール機能がPreview。最大35日間、再起動不要な更新も含むすべての影響のあるホスト更新を制御（抑制）できるみたい。
• 再起動不要な更新の場合でも瞬間的に処理が止まったりはするので、そういうのも避けたい人は時間をコントロールできます。
• 非常に危険なセキュリティ問題があったりした場合などAzure側で制御を無視して変更が適用される場合があるみたい（極端な場合）なので注意。
• Announcing the General Availability of Proximity Placement Groups
• 近接配置グループ（Proximity Placement Groups）がGAです。
• VMやVMSSなどで低ネットワーク遅延な場所に配置してくれる論理グループかな。平たく言うと物理的に近いところ。
• 近接配置グループと高速ネットワークを組み合わせたり、できるだけ一緒に配置・起動したりとベストプラクティスは見ておきましょう。
• Azure Proximity Placement Group (近接配置グループ) に既存VMを入れてみた
• Proximity placement groups are now available

Azure Kubernetes Service

• Azure Private Link support in AKS now in preview
• Private LinkサポートがPreview。

Service Fabric

• Azure Service Fabric 7.0 is now available
• Service Fabric 7.0がGAです。

Azure Database

• Azure Database for MySQL support for MySQL 8.0 is now available
• Database for MySQLでMySQL8.0をサポート（GA）です。

Cognitive Services

• Custom Translator—November 2019 improvements and language models update
• Custom Translatorの言語モデルや言語ペアの追加リリース、細かなバグ修正など。
• En-JaやJa-Enペアのモデルの更新や精度Upも入ってるみたいですね。

Azure Media Service

• Combine the Power of Video Indexer and Computer Vision
• Video Indexerで高解像度キーフレームのエクスポート機能がでました。もともとあるキーフレームのエクスポート機能より高解像度の画像が抽出できるようになったので、Compute VisionやCustom Visionと組み合わせてより高度なことがしやすく（精度が高く？）なったかな。

Azure Web Application Firewall

• Web Application Firewall—New bot protection rule now in preview
• bot protectionルールがPreview。

Azure DevOps

• Use GitHub Actions to trigger a run in Azure Pipelines
• GitHub ActionsをトリガーにしてAzure Pipelinesを実行できるようになりました。
• Policy support to restrict creating new Azure DevOps organizations
• Azure DevOps組織の作成などを制限できるポリシーがサポートされたらしい。

Azure Migrate

• Azure Migrate—Agentless dependency analysis is now available in preview
• Limited Previewですがエージェントレスで依存関係分析をサポート。VMwareサーバーでのみ使えるらしい。

Azure Sphere

• Azure Sphere update 19.11 is now available via retail feed

Azure Stack HCI

• Azure Stack HCI now running on HPE Edgeline EL8000
• Microsoft は Azure Stack HCI 用の Lenovo ThinkSystem SE350 エッジ サーバーを検証しました

Azure Active Directory

• Bring identities from disconnected ADs into Azure AD with just a few clicks!
• Azure AD ConnectのCloud ProvisioningのPreview。接続されてないADフォレストからのプロビジョニング支援などなど。
