Virtual Machine Scale Sets

• Announcing General Availability for Virtual Machine Scale Sets – Flexible orchestration mode
• Flexible OrchestrationモードがGA。「Services which require a mix of different virtual machine types, or that can leverage Spot and on-demand VMs together to optimize costs.」は先日のUpdateにも書いた機能ですが、この機能の一部みたいな感じですね。

Virtual Network

• Extend your on-premises subnets into Azure using extended network for Azure
• Azure Extended Network を使用してオンプレミスのサブネットを Azure に拡張する
• オンプレのIPアドレスを使ってAzureのVMに移行するしたりできます。VXLANトンネル使って拡張するらしい。（IPアドレスをどうしても変更できない場合のみ使いましょう）
• Protect workloads with inline DDoS protection from Gateway Load Balancer partners
• 先日でたGateway Load Balancerとネットワーク仮想アプライアンスでInline DDoS Protection。

Azure Database

Azure Stream Analytics

• Stream Analytics updates – Ignite Fall 2021: New outputs, new security options and much more!
• Azure Data Explorer、Azure Database for PostgreSQLをOutputに指定できるようになりました（Preview）。
• Stream Analyticsのクエリ言語（T-SQL）がいろいろアップデート。ビルトイン関数の追加、NVARCHAR(MAX)でMIN/MAXサポート、Bit演算サポートなどなど。
• Ignite 2021 – Azure Stream Analytics SQL improvements
• Managed Identitiesサポート。Event HubsなどのInput/outputでManaged Identitiesが使えます。
• データ漏洩防止ポリシーが追加。
• 利用できるリージョンも増加。AZ対応していればDedicated ClusterもAZサポートします。
• Visual Studio Code使ってジョブダイアグラムを表示してトラブルシュートとかいろいろ。

• Azureポータル上でも見れます。
• 細かい点だとAzure ADのリージョンのエンドポイント使ってるのでグローバルで止まっても復元力が高いとか、ref data Deltaエラーをユーザーのアクション可能として分類するとか。

Azure AI / Azure OpenAI Service

• Azure Speech’s Neural TTS empowers organizations to serve users in more than 100 languages
• Neural Text-to-speechに12言語/37方言が新しく追加。
• Announcing General Availability of Speaker Recognition
• Speaker RecognitionがGA。
• 話者識別と話者認証がある。話者識別は会議とかで今誰が喋っているかを検出したりできる。事前登録とかは特に不要。認証のほうは事前に音声シグネチャを作って登録したものと一致するかどうかを確認できる。
• 認証のほうは事前にテキストを読み上げて登録して、認証するときに同じパスフレーズを読み上げるテキスト依存と、登録時はパスフレーズを読み上げる必要はあるけど認証する際は特に同じものを読み上げたりする必要はないテキスト非依存がある。どちらも登録時にアクティベーションプロセスが必要＝勝手に登録されるシナリオを回避することを目的にしてる感じ（読み上げさせたりする不審な要求は怪しんで拒否しないといけない時代になるかもですね）
• 登録データは安全に保管されますが、結構センシティブな話なので利用するには申請が必要です。生体認証な声紋ですし。
• Azure Cognitive Services Speaker Recognition Limited Access Review

• 特に合成音声と肉声を区別したりはしないので、セキュリティ目的で単独で使うのはやめましょう。（想定ユースケースに顔認証と組み合わせてなシナリオがありますが…）

• FIDO2セキュリティーキーで新しくFIPS認証通った機種とかいろいろ。
