Azure Data Explorer

• Breaking changes notification
• Cosmos DBのデータ接続に影響がある破壊的変更ということで、Managed Identities使ったAzure Data Explorer ClusterはCosmos DB Account Reader Roleの追加ロールが必要になるらしい。
• 既存接続は変更しなくても引き続き機能するけど、このロールがないと新しいデータ接続を作ったり既存データ接続を更新したりできないとのこと。
